It's been a busy weekend and finally just relaxing on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We were going to go to the horse races this afternoon but decided to just finish up some chores around the house and take it easy. Got my run in this morning, 6.3 miles, and it felt good. Breakfast at the Madison Grill with Parker, Jamie and Joanna, Jamie's Mom, who is visiting from Hemet.
There is something peaceful about sitting on the porch on a summer Sunday with a book, a cold drink, warm weather and a cool breeze.
