Around the harbor

There are lots of activities going on at the Newport harbor. NOAA has recently moved its Northwest headquarters there. They won the bid for this about 2 years ago, moving NOAA's base from the Seattle area. The Hatfield Marine Science Center is also there, next to the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
