River traffic

A very large car carrier and a grain barge crossing paths on the Willamette River in North Portland. I can see ships going up and down the river from my office window. Today the river was really low and they had to pass pretty close to stay in the channel. From Kelley Point you can see ships moving on both the Columbia and Willamette rivers.
